More Silouette Colourful Watercolours....

I have some more designs I have been working on that are now available for purchasing in A4 size $18 and A3 $35 plus postage.  Please contact me via email juliemryder01@gmail.com  The originals are made from watercolours on watercolour paper.  If you would like your own Original Watercolour done, they are $70 A4 size and $140 A3 size.

Pencils and Paint....

Good evening everyone!

It sure has been a while since I posted here on my blog!! Ive definitely been quite busy with my watercolours, making new designs (have a bit of a thing for feathers at the moment!!).  I was also good for Santa this year as he brought me some Prismacolour Premium Pencils....and they are just awesome to use!! So buttery, bright and vivid in colour - I just love them!

At the end of the year, I thought about getting my Etsy store (Click HERE to go straight to my store) up and running again.  Even though I have a few mixed media on canvas items listed, Ive really been pushing the watercolour prints. I've had a few sales, but I guess it takes time.  I still have loads more that I could list though.  I am also still selling through Facebook, but that is getting harder and harder to do, with them wanting businesses to pay to promote their pages.  Oh well, I will see what 2016 brings!

Something new....

Good afternoon everyone....

Well this latest piece Ive created (30 x 24 inch acrylics on canvas), is one that ended completely different than what I had imagined it to be!  It also looks tremendously more vibrant in the flesh also, rather than in a photo.  The first layer was simply putting paint on canvas, with splashes of colour randomly placed on the canvas.  Next came dripping and stencils.  Then I left it for a little while, and came back to it, and it sort of morphed into this.  Part of me is still not sure of it (I think thats because I had envisioned something quite different), but part of me loves it!!  What do you think?
