3D little houses on a hill.....

Well I thought I would do a smaller canvas first with these little houses I made before I worked on something larger! They are pretty cute I think and are made with air drying clay. This canvas is 8 x 10 inch and would look lovely on a little easel stand. I always like a 3d aspect to my work as it adds that little extra interest!

Below is the side view that shows a bit of the sparkly view!  I used acrylics, glitter glue and air drying clay and ink in this painting!

20th March Floral Abundance Workshop!!

Welcome everyone!!  Last nights Floral Abundance workshop was an absolute success!!  Everyone did such beautiful work on their Flower Meadow paintings!!  This workshop I had everyone choose whether they wanted to do the same colours as mine, or choose their own.  So we had one lovely lady do one of her canvas' in rich greens, creams, rustic oranges and the like, and another opted for reds, chocolates, creams and gold.  The other lovely ladies, used beautiful blues, yellows, mauves and various shades of pinks!  All in all, everyone did a super job!

I would also like to add to the fact that some of these ladies had minimal if none at all crafting/painting experience, so please, if you think that you would love to do one of these workshops but feel that you aren't crafty or "wouldn't be good enough", then DO NOT WORRY!!!!!  Lol !!  I can show you how step by step!!  You will surprise yourself and learn something new!!

Below are some of the nights final works of Art.  If anyone is interested in learning how to create your own Flower Meadow painting, please feel free to contact me!

Floral Abundance Workshop –11th March....

Good afternoon everyone.  What a great night we had last night!  I was so impressed with everyone's beautiful and inspiring Flower Meadows that they did for this weeks workshop!  Everyone adopted their own style but still incorporated the techniques that I showed them!  Well done everyone!
Below is some pics I took of my students artwork - and also of everyone being totally engrossed and in "the zone"!!  Lots of paint and glitter glue! Just fabulous!!
